Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition — unwound and with tags intact — to be eligible.

A note on yarn specifically: for larger orders, we do our best to fill from a single dye lot when possible. Dye lots aren't selectable or visible in advance — this is standard practice across yarn retail, not something unique to us.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We're not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
• We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on notions, tools, bags, books, patterns, or needles, or on sale items — unless they arrive damaged or defective
